  2. Group purchase orders

    Daily we add products to purchase order but we dont do orders every day. When we make the order to an specific supplier would be great if we can group selecting the orders and put them together in the same order.

  4. Reserve with expiry

    Sometimes i get customer from online that wants to reserve the phone for example. so what i want to do is i can put it in reserved mode but i want to put like expiry date so it will be available instock again if ever the customer did not show up. thanks

  5. One service for multiple devices

    I would like to create one repair service for multiple devices instead of cloning many times the same repair service and changing the device models.
    For example: we usually charge the same diagnostics fee for all devices. Or we charge the same internal cleaning fee for a bundle of models.

  7. Integrate with shipstation

    Shipstation is great for mail-in repairs, it would be great if you could integrate your system with ShipStation to be able to have invoices show up in shipstation to print labels etc.

  10. Configurable Discount Names

    Have the ability to edit in custom names for discounts, that you can choose at checkout based on why the discount was given.

    Using this feature, have the ability to run reports based on various discount types.

    The only discount name that currently exists is "line item discount"

  11. Add alternate customer phone# to Ticket Label

    Often we have a customer who dropped off a phone that needs to be called and updated on a different number than the one we are working on. The ticket label editor does not currently allow an alternate phone number to be added to the ticket label. Consequently we are using the diagnostic notes section to serve this purpose but in our workflow and customer intake we would much prefer to get this info in the customer details and not on the diagnostic section of the repair.

    I would like it if I can have a simple contact form that can be intergrated into my website where you can just get their main contact information.

  15. Variable Price for products and services

    It would be very helpful if there is a variable price for products and services instead of all fixed prices.

    Also, there is a bug. When I try to change the price of the product or service on POS it changes the price and then when I click checkout it changes the price back to the old price. It is very annoying.

  16. Add Priority Ranking for Custom Status

    It'd be very helpful to allow users to prioritize a custom made status so that they can be organized within the list evenly along with others.

    The Tickets Module has its own priority when viewing them on the "All" tab. Pending, Waiting, and In Progress Statuses show at the top of the list while Completed, Repaired and Collected, and Cancelled status tickets are at the bottom of the list.

    Hello,
    We have already an option to set the custom status type.
    Can you go to the Settings > Order Status > Ticket Status > Update the status “Cancelled and Collected” > Action > Edit and set the type “Closed” or “Cancelled”.
    Once you set the status, it will automatically display below in the list after the open tickets.

    Much like Special Part order that this option exists, please add it to the common Part order as a PO might include items for several tickets.

  18. Add Status for Products on a Ticket

    Sometimes a customer will add a product such as a case or charge cable to their ticket when they first sign their device in for a repair. Unless specifically notated, there is no way to tell if a customer left with that product OR if they will still need it when they come to pick up device after repair. This could result in giving multiple products away by mistake or not giving them their accessory at all. A simple status selection of "Picked Up/Fulfilled", "Holding", or "Ordered" for each product line would be very useful when it comes to having…

  19. Commission Calculation

    Commissions should be calculated based on the person who added an item to a ticket or invoice. Not based on the person who clerked or rang out a repair ticket. Please add an option based on who actually added the item.

  20. adding date range on the pdf version of the tax report

    adding date range on the pdf version of the tax report. right now when the report is ran, the date range does not show up. It would be greate if we could see the date range on the report. makes it easier to track the time period
