Ability to create "default repairs" for all new models and manufactures
For now we need manually create repair when we are creating new model. I suggest ability to make "default repairs" for every new model what we make. Eg. Default repair is "keyboard replacement".
And now if I make new model of Eg. "HP 123", I need to write that repair manually.

One service for multiple devices
I would like to create one repair service for multiple devices instead of cloning many times the same repair service and changing the device models.

Configurable Discount Names
Have the ability to edit in custom names for discounts, that you can choose at checkout based on why the discount was given.
Using this feature, have the ability to run reports based on various discount types.
The only discount name that currently exists is "line item discount"

Add alternate customer phone# to Ticket Label
Often we have a customer who dropped off a phone that needs to be called and updated on a different number than the one we are working on. The ticket label editor does not currently allow an alternate phone number to be added to the ticket label. Consequently we are using the diagnostic notes section to serve this purpose but in our workflow and customer intake we would much prefer to get this info in the customer details and not on the diagnostic section of the repair.

When we erase or change a repair service the parts used for the preview service are still there, generating a wrong margin and a stock mistake.

Variable Price for products and services
It would be very helpful if there is a variable price for products and services instead of all fixed prices.
Also, there is a bug. When I try to change the price of the product or service on POS it changes the price and then when I click checkout it changes the price back to the old price. It is very annoying.

Add Priority Ranking for Custom Status
It'd be very helpful to allow users to prioritize a custom made status so that they can be organized within the list evenly along with others.
The Tickets Module has its own priority when viewing them on the "All" tab. Pending, Waiting, and In Progress Statuses show at the top of the list while Completed, Repaired and Collected, and Cancelled status tickets are at the bottom of the list.

We have already an option to set the custom status type.
Can you go to the Settings > Order Status > Ticket Status > Update the status “Cancelled and Collected” > Action > Edit and set the type “Closed” or “Cancelled”.
Once you set the status, it will automatically display below in the list after the open tickets.Hope it helps.

Add an option to add "Part order" to existing PO
Much like Special Part order that this option exists, please add it to the common Part order as a PO might include items for several tickets.
