  3. Google Calendar integration

    Google calendar integration should be developed more, tickets should pop up in the selected technician calendar not only in the calendar used to enable the integration as well as being able to change the technician at any time desired. This definitely is a plus when you have multiple technicians.

  4. add a column with the tax status in the customer management module.

    As wholesale retail with repairs in our store, our tax exempt customers bring the highest yield of profit.
    Because of that, they tend to get more attention when we receive new items, or when they have not visited us in some time.

    Currently there is not distinction in the list of customers unless each of them is viewed, one by one vs. in the main table for the Customer Management module.

  5. Adding "Faulty" marked devices to refurbishment batch

    When a device is refunded through POS because it has some issues, it then gets back in the system as "FAULTY". It would be very useful if that device could be added to a Refurbishment batch and after it has been repaired it would simply be added back to the system as a working device

  6. When adding a new customer, copy the text already entered into the search field into the name fields.

    Often when checking if a customer is in the system you need to enter their name in the customer search field. And if they are not in the system you have to enter it again, often getting them to have to spell it out again for you.

  8. Allow customers to drawer/enter passcode on the customer-facing display

    Allowing the customer to drawer their unlock pattern would make it easier for both tech and customer and reduce any confusion since many are not simple patterns. At current we have to get the customer to draw out the pattern on a piece of paper then transfer that to the pattern option on the ticket.

  9. Flagging Option of Previous Repair Linked to the IMEI/Serial

    When booking in a device on POS and it should automatically flag you that there is a previous repair linked to the imei/serial and this info

    Inventory Aging Report - A report that will show how long a product such as cellphones or accessories are in inventory. Example: How long from date added to RD to the date of sale was a product in inventory? This will show how quickly a product like cellphones or accessories are selling.

  12. Replace device throughout RepairDesk

    We somewhat often bump into staff by fault add devices to RepairDesk that already exist. Like when they add a part through Marketplace or make a mistake like "Samsung Galaxy Note 20" instead of "Samsung Galaxy Note20". As there are no easy way to spot those errors, both parts, services and tickets can be added to 2 device that are the same.. Would be really nice to be able to replace a device with other device system wide.. I know it's risky to add this feature.. But I usually use a TON of time fixing that kind of errors.. And…

  14. Linking Ticket/Estimate and adding Activity Reminders to Google Calendar Appointment

    It would be great if when you add an Activity Reminder on the system such as in the Estimates module that it added it to your google calendar just like the tickets.

    Also if a link could be added to the google calendar appointments to get back to the ticket or estimate easily.

  15. Add a way to scan through a received box of goods and add them to inventory

    I'm looking for a way to get in a box of goods from a vendor and just go through the items scanning or keying in barcodes that are already in my system to add them automatically to a one big bulk "add to inventory" instead of now where I scan an item, count how many I have, add the item, move to the next one, discover I missed one of the previous item, go back, recount, etc. If this functionality already exists, I haven't been able to find it

  16. Add Ability to Change email leads are sent to

    It would be great to be able to choose what email address leads are sent to rather than just to the admin email. This way we can choose to send them to a generic email that any of our team can respond to.

    It would be great to add an discount percentage to each customer
    because we got a lot company which work with us an they got always 15% or more discount
    so it would be usefull if we could add the option discount when we add or edit a customer

  18. Custom fields for Inventory items

    I have several different suppliers who use different codes - being able to add new fields to an item to store this info would be handy.

    I have my own SKU on all my items, so these need added.

    I also need this to add the storage location of parts and items.
    For example:
    In shop one the iPhone 6 wifi flex may be in cabinet 1, drawer 5, section 3 (so a custom field with 1.5.3 is required)
    In shop two that part might be in cabinet 2, drawer 19, section 4, so 2.19.4

    Another field for exclusions such…

  19. code for first name in canned responses

    Currently all emails and texts say Hi First Name Last Name - it is less personal than having just the first name. It also saves characters in SMS.

    I also would like to have the {device} code just show the name of the device, rather than the full device AND what it is having repaired - it just looks silly having "Your iPhone 6 iPhone 6 battery iPhone 6 screen has been repaired"

    I’d like to be able to go to a particular item and see a detailed analysis of its history.
    All sales
    All tickets currently allocated
    All customers who have purchased it
    All replacements under warranty
    Overall cost of remaining stock
    Overall profit generated on the item
    Average cost of the item based on all the purchase order prices of stock which remains
