    Hi - With new devices just about been released all the time and devices been discontinued. Our inventory requirements will constantly change. Most of your users will no doubt be too busy to see the trends that are happening within their business. Which is why I am asking your for your help?

  2. Integrate DingConnect to allow us to sell mobile top ups to customers

    When we sell phones, customers may ask for a SIM card, currently we have to log into DingConnect to issue the voucher and copy and paste it into the receipt.

    If you integrated it with DingConnects API it would save time and be much more professional.

  4. RepairDesk Pay Customer Contact Info Display

    We would like the ability to use the RepairDesk Pay terminal to display customer contact info during check-in/ticket creation. Ideally, after a tech creates a repair ticket and enters a new customer contact info, we would hit "create ticket", and then on the repairdesk pay terminal the customer would first see the contact information they provided and must confirm that it is correct, then proceed to ticket details, and finally T&C and signatures.   7. Inventory Count Module

    I'd like to be able to give employees access to do inventory count (I have them do inventory count for phones daily before closing) but not to edit though, otherwise if there is over or short, they can always make it matches and looks good.

  8. Add a button to take photo in Trade In items (and products, and repair tickets)

    Currently we have to take a photo, then upload or drag it into the item. If there was an option to take photo directly on the page it would save time.
    This is a feature in Lightspeed and we use it a lot as a quick way of taking photos of customer devices which are attached immediately to the ticket.
