  2. ticket counter

    Please add more configuration options to the Ticket Counter Display module.

    Currently there is no way to sort the data that is displayed and it is unclear what the default sort method is.

    Display IMEI and Serial Numbers in itemised report for repairs, We have made IEMI and Serial number mandatory for all repairs but we can't see it in Itemised report if staff are doing the right thing rather than just typing zeros.

    The ability to compare sales (including graphics);

    When we enter the cost and the retail price the system gives us a percentage markup, imagine that we can place a markup and based on the cost the system system calculates a price that maintains our % desired margin.   6. Ticket Status verification on website

    Because of the new GDPR restriction, I propose to change the '' ticket status '' display. The costumes need to see ONLY THE STATUS, just it. Now it displays the invoice with his full personal details and his signatures. I have many questions from costumes why is this info are there. So, my suggestion is the ticket status to remain just ticket staus.

  8. Create a custom widget to to show equipment for sale on web site

    You have a widget to allow web site integration for repair booking and tracking, it would be nice to have something to show available refurbished equipment from the Inventory Trade-In's You could use the same interface as the repair booking to allow customer to search everything or filter by device type, manufacture, carrier etc. online purchasing may be wanted by some but for now you could just allow them to send a message just like the booking module does

  9. Create a report for time spent on repairs

    This report would show the total time spent on repairs by utilising the time tracker on each ticket. Be able to sort by technician, date period, and maybe even manufacturer/device. So we can see the total time spent last week repairing iPhone 5 devices.

    Would be great to also be able to see the average time spent per device.

  10. Apply coupon at check out

    when running print and internet advertising it would be nice to utilize coupon codes to apply discount at the checkout screen. or to have standard coupon discounts already loaded in the system like " $10 Off Temp Glass" .

  11. Simple customer estimate approve/deny without needing individual repair desk login/password

    Need a more simple customer approve/deny estimate process that doesnt involve customers needing to be issued repair desk login/password credentials. Too many steps for a customer, want customer to receive estimate in email/ and or text/sms and be able to click 'approve or deny' with no extra steps. Choice is only reflected on our end and customer possibly gets a simple confirmation email/ and or text/sms of their submitted choice.

  12. Supplier Managements

    As there is a dedicated Inventory system, I would like to see more management features into this section.

    1. As we do have 30 days account with most of our major suppliers, we need to know where we are sitting on at any particular of time, like 30 days, 60 days or 120 days.

    2. We want to have a quick look at all PO and to see if they're Paid, Partial Paid or Unpaid, so we don't have to go into it and try Add Payment link to see if that PO is paid or not

  13. Customer Facing Display same like self check-in widget

    I would like to suggest if possible to make the customer facing display give more option like the self check-in widget where it will show the terms and condition and ask for a signature. and enter custom field for the passcode.

    Right now what i do is a customer comes in that needs a repair i do the repair right away and then ill just let them fillup the form from the CFD while im doing the repair and while im repairing i want them to fill up the form and at the same they have time to read they…

  14. Used Phone Module

    Allow to create purchase orders for used phones ( different then Trade in module) This would allow to take parts out of inventory to refurbish a device and add labor cost to show true cost when selling a phone.

  15. Improve the inventory search filter

    Make it where a search for multiple words can bring up exportable search results.

    For example if I have a bunch of inventory items that contain the words i7 h1 1660 rgb in no particular order I can search those keyboards, and the quick search drop down displays all the items with all of those keyboards, but if i hit the "search" button it gives me 0 search results.

    I want to be able to search a selection of keyboards then bring up a specific set of products so I can export and bulk edit.

  16. Popup notification when trade in phone was sold to remind updating the ads if posted online

    Remind us if ever we have updated the ads to remove from online selling platform such as ebay, square, shopify, craiglist, kijiji if we need to delete it once it get sold in store.

  17. Browser Tab Titles

    OK, so this is my first suggestion and I will admit it is a pretty minor one. With that said, I think attention to detail and the little things make a big difference in overall user experience.

    Over the course of a day, it is not uncommon for me to have several different browser tabs open. Ticket List, POS, Inventory List, various tickets, etc.

    Unfortunately, the syntax for the Browser Tab Titles is inconsistent making it difficult to distinguish between tabs. Some titles are fine using the following structure:

  18. Asset Module Implementation

    I would like to see an asset manager module that allows for us to record serial number and imei numbers on devices. Within this module it would also be very useful to see a log of repairs by device so that we can track the repair history and ownership details by device. This is especially helpful when tracking warranty claims and device repair history.
