Inventory Write Off
The RMA process should have an option to write off an inventory item with the option to level the cost across identical items OR a particular batch of those items.
It's not always possible or viable to obtain a credit note / refund / replacement on an item. Say if a technician has damaged an item of stock, then it will generally just be written off. Written off stock should show in the financial reports and also under the supplier information along with the reason.

Customise Booking Widget
Allow us to;
- Choose which fields and customer signature to include or exclude
- Choose which fields and customer signature are required
- Delete generic choices in "How did you hear about us field"
- Go straight to booking page and let user fill out Manufacturer and device fields
Make the container box for the booking form dynamic. At present when new Terms and Conditions are added and are a bit longer than the generic ones there is a scroll bar.

Make a proper full "standalone" booking module

But if not a lead is created so the shop can respond and follow up the customer when it becomes in stock.

Simple customer estimate approve/deny without needing individual repair desk login/password
Need a more simple customer approve/deny estimate process that doesnt involve customers needing to be issued repair desk login/password credentials. Too many steps for a customer, want customer to receive estimate in email/ and or text/sms and be able to click 'approve or deny' with no extra steps. Choice is only reflected on our end and customer possibly gets a simple confirmation email/ and or text/sms of their submitted choice.

Supplier Managements
As there is a dedicated Inventory system, I would like to see more management features into this section.
As we do have 30 days account with most of our major suppliers, we need to know where we are sitting on at any particular of time, like 30 days, 60 days or 120 days.
We want to have a quick look at all PO and to see if they're Paid, Partial Paid or Unpaid, so we don't have to go into it and try Add Payment link to see if that PO is paid or not

up the users in each package to more realistic numbers
Hi guys, I think you need to allow more users in each package. it would be good to see something along the lines of 5 users on starter package, 10 on standard package and unlimited for advanced package. i think its unrealistic to think even a company with 1 store would only need 1 user as we have multiple techs, checkout staff, admin staff ect that all need theyre own accounts to complete the work required of them.

add a tips window prior to the close of the sale.
With my currant pos system my techs get a lot of tips. It's a window that pops up and asks the customer how much they want to tip if any at all. After they choose then they sign the screen and choose how they want their receipt. Either printed, email or text.

Daily custom reports for ''how it was today'' :)
Possibility to set up an automatic daily custom reports to see it on the main dashboard or by email.
On the end of the day I want to know:
1. how many new tickets are (new entrances);
2. how many check out was, with successful or unsuccessful repairs
3. money income

More options for refound note
The refound options are not enough.
1. I suggest that it will be possible to create a refound note without necessarily going through an invoice.
2. actualy, when you create a refound, you must pay the amount of the bill, but sometimes I do not refund the bill in totality.
3. Today, the payment of a credit note can not be done in two different kind of payment. It would be necessary to be able to split the payment.7 votes -
Text Message Broadcast Module
It would be great to have some sort of module, where you can send out a broadcast message via SMS to select customers, selecting either individually or via a date rage (i.e: customers within the last week etc) This would maybe allow for a quiet day at the shop to send out simple offers to maybe generate leads, repairs, sales or just to remind older customers your still there as a little knock knock!
Benefits to this mean you can offer discounts and incentives for the customer to come.

Able to delete walkins without creating a ticket
Currently if a walkin is created by accident or a duplicate you have to create a ticket to delete it. It would be great if there was a delete button for the walkins next to the view button.

Display IMEI and Serial Numbers in itemised report for repairs, We have made IEMI and Serial number mandatory for all repairs but we can't see it in Itemised report if staff are doing the right thing rather than just typing zeros.

Integrate with Infinite Perhipherals' iOS hardware offerings for an all in one sales/technician solution
I believe that integrating with the IPC mPOS or Linea Pro (barcode scanner/MSR cradles for Apple iPhone/iPod touch) or Infinea Tab (for iPad) would allow technicians to take payments in the field/on the shop floor, and allow easier scanning of labels on iOS apps.
I believe it could be a big selling point for technicians like myself who want to be able to offer payment and technician facilities from one device per person. The cradles can be bought used fairly inexpensively, and the mPOS, or mPOS thin (for iPad POS app integration) could integrate with a payment processor or an…
