Unlock API, automatic updates
The unlocking module has potential, but it is not functional as it is now, it is very manual. The unlocking business changes daily, the code makers every day change the service they offer and change the prices.
For this module to fulfill its function it must automatically load the list of services of the suppliers and the prices, when these make changes these changes are reflected in Reapirdesk, the APIs that they offer allows you to obtain this information.

Add a template tag for non mobile number
We need there to be a template tag for the customers second phone number (non mobile) on file to print out on ticket labels. This way we can keep customers actual phone number on file to text and the call back number in the second slot.

Statement of Account for Customers
Kindly consider incorporating this common accounting report.
A statement of account is a detailed report of the contents of a customer's account. It is sent mainly to corporate clients (periodically), showing billings to and payments from the customer during a specific time period, resulting in an ending balance.
The following items are included in the statement for a specific period;
- Invoices issued
- Credit notes raised
- Payments received
- Withholding (WHT) tax deducted

More options for refound note
The refound options are not enough.
1. I suggest that it will be possible to create a refound note without necessarily going through an invoice.
2. actualy, when you create a refound, you must pay the amount of the bill, but sometimes I do not refund the bill in totality.
3. Today, the payment of a credit note can not be done in two different kind of payment. It would be necessary to be able to split the payment.7 votes -

Asset Module Implementation
I would like to see an asset manager module that allows for us to record serial number and imei numbers on devices. Within this module it would also be very useful to see a log of repairs by device so that we can track the repair history and ownership details by device. This is especially helpful when tracking warranty claims and device repair history.

Being to create a ticket, that doesn't sent the notification, while the other ones do
We need to create tickets for customers we can personally use. After that we want to create a different ticket for the customer that does sent the notification. But now it is just on or off. Hope you can make that work for us!

Integrate with Infinite Perhipherals' iOS hardware offerings for an all in one sales/technician solution
I believe that integrating with the IPC mPOS or Linea Pro (barcode scanner/MSR cradles for Apple iPhone/iPod touch) or Infinea Tab (for iPad) would allow technicians to take payments in the field/on the shop floor, and allow easier scanning of labels on iOS apps.
I believe it could be a big selling point for technicians like myself who want to be able to offer payment and technician facilities from one device per person. The cradles can be bought used fairly inexpensively, and the mPOS, or mPOS thin (for iPad POS app integration) could integrate with a payment processor or an…

im on a trial version and this is one of the features that is keeping me from being with your software, i have it with my own ticket system and this works like magic.

Testing for trade in:
Devices must be tested before trade in. This section should allow you to intake a device and choose to take as a trade in or not after testing. You should be able to intake a few customer details (e.g. name, phone number) & the device details

Change warranty details for a repair from inside the ticket
Good day
currently the warranty details can be entered during the creation of the ticket, and there is no way to change it after the ticket is created, sometimes when a repair comes in, it needs to be examined by the tech to determine its eligibility, it would be so much better to change the warranty inside the ticket or after the repair is completed, or even after invoice is created.

Buy back widget
I've got a proposed change that I think would be very useful.
Wanted to see if others thought the same.When getting a price and you've gone through and chosen Mode>make>colour>GB you get the option to choose condition.
At the moment we can show one price for each condition e.g. Like new $400, Used $300, Damaged $100.What I would find very useful is one extra step in which a customer can tick options of what problems the phone has.

Update Public API article to list all default values for parameters for better documentation
For example,
Additional parameter (filters)
1: pagesize: number of invoice per request (What's the default value?)
2: page: for pagination like page 1,2 3 etc. default is page 0 (Good)

Apply coupon at check out
when running print and internet advertising it would be nice to utilize coupon codes to apply discount at the checkout screen. or to have standard coupon discounts already loaded in the system like " $10 Off Temp Glass" .

Floor pricing or maximum Discount
I would like to be able to set the maximum discount that can be given by my employees. Either per item or by item group. For example 25% on accessories, $10 on screens/parts. Currently if the employee has access to discount they can discount to zero.

Bill to account for corporate customers
I have several colleges and business that require that i bill their accounts payable department to get paid. wold be nice to if you could set up bill to accounts that you can apply payments to. i.e. business has a laptop repaired you can biil them and the invoice goes to their account so the parts are out of inventory. them payments can be applied to the bill to account

Option to print parts used in repair ticket or invoice
Option to show or hide parts used (show price may be optional too) when printing invoice or tickets with serial number for serialized parts.
