I've got a proposed change that I think would be very useful.
Wanted to see if others thought the same.

When getting a price and you've gone through and chosen Mode>make>colour>GB you get the option to choose condition.
At the moment we can show one price for each condition e.g. Like new $400, Used $300, Damaged $100.

What I would find very useful is one extra step in which a customer can tick options of what problems the phone has.

For example a damaged phone could be anywhere from a button working intermittently to Broken LCD, short battery life & charge port intermittent, those options should prompt different buy back prices.

If you choose working you get a checklist of what issues it has.
Each issue reduces the payment.

This means a customer or even staff member could go through and get an exact value for buy back.
