    I write you on behalf of Paytomat Company with a proposal for cooperation.
    Our team has developed a software solution, which allows merchants and customers to receive/make payments via cryptocurrencies.
    Cryptocurrency can be a new payment method for your existing clients, as well as new customers. I think it's an amazing feature which have become quite popular across the world.

  2. Make double clicking on saved labels actually open the label you are double clicking.

    In your latest version of DYMO labels, when I try to open a saved label in the drop-down list of saved labels, the software will not open the label I am double clicking on. :-( In order to open the label, I have to use the File menu and open the saved label from the menu; your instructions plainly state to double-click on one of the labels to open it; that does not work; or is it just me?

  5. Let us control the quantity of parts in repair bundle.

    Some repairs require more than one of the same part. At the moment I can only add a part once to a repair bundle but if I am repairing a battery PACK, it may need multiple batteries which we stock individually.

    The only way to add multiples is to edit the ticket after the repair, but if we can control the quantity of parts required in a bundle it could be automatic, as well as tell the technician exactly how many parts he needs before opening.

  8. Translate calendar days and months

    It should be very comfortable to have a way to translate calendar (days and months) in our native language.
    In that way, when you set due to date for a ticket, the customer could be directly understand the information.

    the ability to create a technical database for the device at the time of creation, let us say that i create a new maker/device
    Apple/Iphone6, i want to add a picture of the device, a link to its service manual, to the schematics....so on. that can be used with the repair order by technician.

  19. Show device location on "View Invoice" page

    Very simple. They show the device location on the ticket which is helpful. But it would be far easier if they showed it on the invoice list as that is generally what I pull-up when checking out a customer.

    Hi - With new devices just about been released all the time and devices been discontinued. Our inventory requirements will constantly change. Most of your users will no doubt be too busy to see the trends that are happening within their business. Which is why I am asking your for your help?
    We have our stock levels already entered, Repair shops will order what this tells them and yet parts maybe not been used as fast as what 6 months ago they once were. These slow movers now need not be held in inventory in the volume they once were.…
