  2. Loaner Phone Notification

    A prompt to offer a customer a loaner phone for new repairs and also same prompt to remind you to collect loaner phone when delivering the repaired device.

    This will help persons like me who will issue customers loaner phones when we take their phones to send to samsung/apple warranty center to be repaired under warranty. it will also be great if theres a loaner phone inventory so staff can see what loaner devices are available to be give to customers

    Hi i would like to suggest for the fingerprint option to login. I just wanted to login faster than normal. and if possible to have an option so save the email so i dont have to retype email and password everytime the system got time out and needs to login again thank you.

  4. Reserve with expiry

    Sometimes i get customer from online that wants to reserve the phone for example. so what i want to do is i can put it in reserved mode but i want to put like expiry date so it will be available instock again if ever the customer did not show up. thanks

  5. Inventory count for trade in

    I was trying to make sure that all my trade in stock is physically matched in the system. So that if ever im going to check my stock in the system then i can make sure that they are all physicall available and avoid errors. Thanks

  6. Customizable Appointment Calendar Widget

    Currently Appointment Calendar Widget contact page is too messy and complicated, and because of that we lose leads every day. Before Repairdesk we had self build widget, which was same style as repairdesk's widget. Conversion rate has dropped OVER 15% because of the unneccessary extra fields. Thats lots of money isnt it?

    All contact form fields should have option if you want to show them or not. Example: imei field is not necessary and it just confuses customers.

    Widget just needs to have more options to customize it. Also The Big Letter On Every Sentence needs to be changed on…

  8. Allow for admin/purchaser to get auto-trigger SMS/Email about Part Orders

    Currently, it'll email the supplier, but not auto-trigger to alert admin/purchasers about PO's being made rather than when parts are sent. It'll allow our team to review purchases and ensure proper procedure for our company. On our previous system, it alerted roles selected for the permission to be warned about PO's being made to follow-up on.

  10. Group purchase orders

    Daily we add products to purchase order but we dont do orders every day. When we make the order to an specific supplier would be great if we can group selecting the orders and put them together in the same order.

  11. Custom Item(s)

    I recommend allowing a custom item to be made on POS. This'll allow for non-inventory items to be placed without having it added to inventory.

    So for example, Huawei phones are something my stores do not stock/track. This'll allow us to make a ticket and assign a "special part" without being in our inventory for tracking. This allows us to enter the Phone description, model, pricing, and any discounts (if applicable)

  13. Ticket Status verification on website

    Because of the new GDPR restriction, I propose to change the '' ticket status '' display. The costumes need to see ONLY THE STATUS, just it. Now it displays the invoice with his full personal details and his signatures. I have many questions from costumes why is this info are there. So, my suggestion is the ticket status to remain just ticket staus.

    Possibility to set up an automatic daily custom reports to see it on the main dashboard or by email.
    On the end of the day I want to know:
    1. how many new tickets are (new entrances);
    2. how many check out was, with successful or unsuccessful repairs
    3. money income
    4. etc

  15. Notifications system for priorities, deadlines, new ticket assigned or critical situations

    Now we hare on the right upper side just one notification circle. All the notification are mixed. You can not see clearly the priorities. My suggestion is to make 3 notification circles. 1. for delays 2.for critical situations 3. new phone repair ticket assigned 4. messages from colleagues or from clients. Possibility to custom these 3 circles, to show the info that I need.

    Hi, my suggestion is to increase the productivity in the company using on task management module without using an external task manager. Useful staff: notification, reminders, create groups for tasks. The task associated with tickets, repetitive or single tasks. The task assigned between employees, etc.

  19. Ability to create "default repairs" for all new models and manufactures

    For now we need manually create repair when we are creating new model. I suggest ability to make "default repairs" for every new model what we make. Eg. Default repair is "keyboard replacement".

    And now if I make new model of Eg. "HP 123", I need to write that repair manually.

  20. Warranty field when adding new part from POS

    different parts having different warranty. ATM default without option to change. WHY POS? Adding part from POS forcing to generate new part right there where shall be (avoiding all this mistake categories' just with 1 mistype) + option (icon) to print stock label via PrintNode
