  1. Hide closed ticket by default

    When going to "Manage Tickets", it would be nice if the tickets could already be in created order with closed tickets already hidden. As i find myself doing this every almost everytime i open this screen.

    The ability to compare sales (including graphics);

  3. PENNY ROUNDING

    The ability for the POS to round the change due to the nearest penny.

    Since Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, etc. no longer uses pennies.

    Example - The change due of 14.68$ would be rounded up to 14.70$. And 14.66$ would be rounded down to 14.65$.

    IMPORTANT for accounting : On the end of the day report, a section with ROUNDING ADJUSTMENTS should indicate the amount of loss or gained from this.

  4. Being able to add purchase orders with excel

    I would like to have the ability to input information faster on a purchase order, since suppliers that are not integrated with repair desk, their purchase orders have to be entered manually and price for parts needs to be verified every time.

    some time we can't test mobile or add the Imei number , it will be nice if we can add it from POS before check out.

  6. Repair Shop Live Chat

    Hello,

    I would like to introduce an idea. A Live chat that can be accessed through multiple repair locations or with in the staff in one location. So that staff can communicate with other staff or if one has a question about a repair it can be asked. or other day to day work with out having to go from one side of the store to the other.

  7. Customer Facing Display same like self check-in widget

    I would like to suggest if possible to make the customer facing display give more option like the self check-in widget where it will show the terms and condition and ask for a signature. and enter custom field for the passcode.

    Right now what i do is a customer comes in that needs a repair i do the repair right away and then ill just let them fillup the form from the CFD while im doing the repair and while im repairing i want them to fill up the form and at the same they have time to read they…

  9. Open Cash Drawer Button

    The cash drawer is connected to the receipt printer. In other POS you can trigger a small printout to trigger a till open. As it stands we need to print a full receipt to open it. It needs to be opened more often for change, etc.

    The button could be added to the POS page or run with a keyboard shortcut.

  10. Pattern Lock/Passcode on CFD

    It would be amazing to have this as an option for many reasons. Firstly most people don't like saying their code out loud. Secondly, the pattern is extremely complicated to explain and normally results in the customer drawing it for us anyway.

  12. Add integration like Customer view but for employees

    I like the ability for customers to see the status of their repair but I wish we had one for the employee side that shows items that are there and their status. Waiting on Parts, being repairs, etc. List their physical location and repair status along with date they arrived.

  13. Allow Printers to be assigned to sections of the software

    Allow us to assign default printers for certain actions. Instead of having to change it every time I go to print a label or a receipt.

  14. tag customer

    I work with Spanish and English Speaking Customers and i tag them with the customer group to be able to tell who is who, when it comes down to sending sms blasts i Know what language to send the sms in. also the Campainger doesnt let you send emails based on customer groups would be nice to be able to tag customers to send more targeted ads.

  15. Create a ticket to automatically upload to an invoice without re-entering the same information.

    When creating a ticket, it should automatically transfer the data to an invoice, instead of re-entering relevant data again. This will save time and add process efficiency.

  18. Ability to view/open other store's ticket w/o being under that store page

    By this title, I am meaning that we can view a person's ticket list via their customer profile. THE ISSUE: If you are not under that store's "page," you cannot review the ticket without either having that store transfer the ticket or swapping store pages.

    I recommend the ability to view & open any ticket from the customer's page for review of notes and repair(s) done. When an employee goes to "edit ticket," then the system will ask if it would like to be transferred into their store for editing.

    This eliminates the possibility of being under the wrong store…

  19. Ability to search customer items (from invoices)

    What I mean by this is when you are viewing the customer's page, it shows ticket's and invoices. It shows the value of the invoice but nothing about items without opening the invoice.

    What I propose is to have the ability to look through all invoices made by that customer and search for a specific or group of items that were purchased from the customer.

    A similar POS system, RQ, had this feature and it came in handy of searching for purchases that had lifetime warrantied items provided by the store.
