Used Phone Module
Allow to create purchase orders for used phones ( different then Trade in module) This would allow to take parts out of inventory to refurbish a device and add labor cost to show true cost when selling a phone.

Tags for tickets

A POP SCREEN THAT REMINDS YOU TO OFFER ACCESSORIES BEFORE CHECK OUT
It would be good to have a pop up screen before check out that tells the person making the sale that they should offer the costumer a phone accessories at a discount price or simply just to offer a phone accessories to a costumer.

Integrate with a Phone diagnosis software
When testing a phone/tablet it takes a long time to do so depending on how long and detailed you want the check list to be. If you guys could integrate with a Phone Diagnosis Software the process would be so much faster and easier on the technician and costumer.

This module will not be directly be linked with VidaPay but you can log the transaction and add a reference in RepairDesk. -
Inbuilt note keeping for help / personal reference - similar to wiki.
Idea is to eliminate the need to carry around a notepad to record issues and things i would like to discuss with help desk. We operate repair-desk over 8 computers and there is no real way to keep track of things i think of between computers. If, like wiki, we had a pop up notepad that was easily acessible, it would be available on all devices..?

Inventory Write Off
The RMA process should have an option to write off an inventory item with the option to level the cost across identical items OR a particular batch of those items.
It's not always possible or viable to obtain a credit note / refund / replacement on an item. Say if a technician has damaged an item of stock, then it will generally just be written off. Written off stock should show in the financial reports and also under the supplier information along with the reason.

Raise Character Limit on Description Box.
We would like to type our description for woocommerce items in RepairDesk so that my regular employees can type descriptions without me needing to create them WordPress accounts.
As it stands though, repair desk has a character limit on the description box. Need to raise this by a considerable amount.

Invest in making the system quicker
Recently I have noticed longer page loading times and lag when performing routine daily tasks. It was never amazing but now it is frustratingly noticeable, especially when there are no shortcuts or easy navigation through the system (for example from ticket direct to item)
The Trade In page can take 10-20 seconds to load.
The POS can lag for 10-15 seconds when adding checking in devices.4 votes -
Option to add a fixed amount on sales tax payments.
In our state we have to collect 7% plus a 40 cent 911 fee on prepaid plan payments. Currently there is no option to add a fixed amount to sales tax payments, only percentages. Thank You

Let us control the quantity of parts in repair bundle.
Some repairs require more than one of the same part. At the moment I can only add a part once to a repair bundle but if I am repairing a battery PACK, it may need multiple batteries which we stock individually.
The only way to add multiples is to edit the ticket after the repair, but if we can control the quantity of parts required in a bundle it could be automatic, as well as tell the technician exactly how many parts he needs before opening.

Make double clicking on saved labels actually open the label you are double clicking.
In your latest version of DYMO labels, when I try to open a saved label in the drop-down list of saved labels, the software will not open the label I am double clicking on. :-( In order to open the label, I have to use the File menu and open the saved label from the menu; your instructions plainly state to double-click on one of the labels to open it; that does not work; or is it just me?
