Inbuilt note keeping for help / personal reference - similar to wiki.
Idea is to eliminate the need to carry around a notepad to record issues and things i would like to discuss with help desk. We operate repair-desk over 8 computers and there is no real way to keep track of things i think of between computers. If, like wiki, we had a pop up notepad that was easily acessible, it would be available on all devices..?

You can use same “Wiki” module to keep notes and record issues to access and review in RepairDesk quickly.
