1. Date field, next to customer signature on Tax Invoice

   I currently get my customers to sign a copy of the tax invoice which I file away, to say the have picked up their unit (doesn't matter fixed or not fixed)

   This is just incase they want to dispute a collection. But there is no date, to verify, the collection.

   A simple date field would help, next to the signature field.

2. Exporting filtered records

   When filtering records eg stock records by Apple, the export option currently will export all manufacturer instead of just the filtered records

3. display customer address on drop down

   Can you display the first line of the customer address when selecting customer from the POS.?
   Not all our customers give email addresses so the only way to confirm a returning customer is to ask the first line of the address

4. Register

   Hi Usman

   The POS is basically a cash register so it should work in the same format
   1. Select manufacturer,model repair part...
   After pressing next, the part should show in the register
   Then either select another part and press next (this should also show in the register) or have another button as well as next like "complete or confirm. It has also been mentioned that repair parts and accessories are merged. You need to be able to add another part from the same screen
   2. Once you get to checkout it gives a list of print types which opens another browser page, can't this go straight to google print(which funnily enough has been giving problems today) or have it print without opening a new page or google print
   3. If you put a security code in whilst booking in the phone, it doesn't print this on the check in receipt. As this is passed to the engineer you have to go into POS,view invoices and edit to retrieve it.

5. Add some more functionality to the scan function. Change the workflow

   The software has a scan function. You can push the on the button for the scan function and then scan a ticket and then you get some basic information.
   But there should be some more information here at this point. You get only some basic information, but I think it shall work like the following.

   Customer comes with a broken device. He explaines the mistake to the person at the front desk. The person at the front desk writes in the comments, what is wrong with the device and puts a label on the device and gives it to the repair shop.

   The first thing what the person at the repair shop makes, is to scan the label. Here, he finds some infos, what is wrong with the device. Here he should also to push a button and to make the diagnosis for the pre test. When he is ready, then he has to write his name to it (assign it to himself, that he made the pretest). Then he or another person makes the repair with the spare needed. And then he also has to write his name on it (assign it to himself). And then he makes the end test by himself or gives it to another person for the end test, which he has also to sign (assign it to himself).

   In that case, we would always know, which device was made by which technician, who did the pretest and who did the end test.

   Let me think, what the community thinks or how the workflow for a repair should be? Please share your thought!

7. Integrate DingConnect to allow us to sell mobile top ups to customers

   When we sell phones, customers may ask for a SIM card, currently we have to log into DingConnect to issue the voucher and copy and paste it into the receipt.

   If you integrated it with DingConnects API it would save time and be much more professional.

8. Suggested Reorder Report

   Hi - With new devices just about been released all the time and devices been discontinued. Our inventory requirements will constantly change. Most of your users will no doubt be too busy to see the trends that are happening within their business. Which is why I am asking your for your help?
   We have our stock levels already entered, Repair shops will order what this tells them and yet parts maybe not been used as fast as what 6 months ago they once were. These slow movers now need not be held in inventory in the volume they once were. Whilst at the other end we are ordering others daily. Would there be a chance that a report could be produced to analyse these trends and suggest what parts we should be holding in our inventory to coincide with our ordering patterns?
   if say we ordered from our suppliers on a weekly basis this report could have filters of what parts have been used from our inventory during this period. So we have in the last month ordered 12 iphone 6 screens and we still have 10 in stock, the report will tell us we need to reduce or iphone 8 screens we have 2 but sales have been 12 in the last month we need to increase our inventiory level?
   obviously there will be lee way in this report as business owners will know of any upo and coming orders and the need to store parts for seasonal trends and customer requirements. Though i feel this would give us more of an idea as to the changes that are occuring within our stores. Grateful for others input on this as i feel this could be advantageous

9. code for first name in canned responses

   Currently all emails and texts say Hi First Name Last Name - it is less personal than having just the first name. It also saves characters in SMS.

   I also would like to have the {device} code just show the name of the device, rather than the full device AND what it is having repaired - it just looks silly having "Your iPhone 6 iPhone 6 battery iPhone 6 screen has been repaired"
