The POS is basically a cash register so it should work in the same format
1. Select manufacturer,model repair part...
After pressing next, the part should show in the register
Then either select another part and press next (this should also show in the register) or have another button as well as next like "complete or confirm. It has also been mentioned that repair parts and accessories are merged. You need to be able to add another part from the same screen
2. Once you get to checkout it gives a list of print types which opens another browser page, can't this go straight to google print(which funnily enough has been giving problems today) or have it print without opening a new page or google print
3. If you put a security code in whilst booking in the phone, it doesn't print this on the check in receipt. As this is passed to the engineer you have to go into POS,view invoices and edit to retrieve it.
