  1. Able to delete walkins without creating a ticket

    Currently if a walkin is created by accident or a duplicate you have to create a ticket to delete it. It would be great if there was a delete button for the walkins next to the view button.

  2. Security Audit

    A simple audit trail, for now if its just a record when an invoice is deleted or the total changed after payment was recorded. You have a good module to track starting and ending cash in the register however if an invoice was deleted without record the numbers may not be relevant

  3. add a tips window prior to the close of the sale.

    With my currant pos system my techs get a lot of tips. It's a window that pops up and asks the customer how much they want to tip if any at all. After they choose then they sign the screen and choose how they want their receipt. Either printed, email or text.

  4. Discount or coupon code

    When adding discounts, it would be extremely helpful to be able to track the referrer by using a discount code and then be able to run report on the number of discount codes received and total value sold. This allows for tracking the best referral sources.

  5. Supplier Managements

    As there is a dedicated Inventory system, I would like to see more management features into this section.

    1. As we do have 30 days account with most of our major suppliers, we need to know where we are sitting on at any particular of time, like 30 days, 60 days or 120 days.

    2. We want to have a quick look at all PO and to see if they're Paid, Partial Paid or Unpaid, so we don't have to go into it and try Add Payment link to see if that PO is paid or not

  6. up the users in each package to more realistic numbers

    Hi guys, I think you need to allow more users in each package. it would be good to see something along the lines of 5 users on starter package, 10 on standard package and unlimited for advanced package. i think its unrealistic to think even a company with 1 store would only need 1 user as we have multiple techs, checkout staff, admin staff ect that all need theyre own accounts to complete the work required of them.

  7. Sync with Magento website

    RepairDesk has all the data capabilities neccesary to sync with Magento (picture, description, SKU, qty in stock etc).
    It would be great if your products could sync with your Magento site, similar to a Quickbooks > Magento sync etc.
    That way you could have your products show up on your online store and control stock from what is in RepairDesk.

  8. Remove ReVamp items from automatically going into Low Stock Report

    My Low Stock Report now has 508 Items that are showing up instead of the 10-20 that I usually want to manage. I want to remove ReVamp from the system now since it's changed everything it seems. Can I do that?

  9. Automatic Two-Way Google Contact Sync

    Let the software push new customers to Google Contacts. Contacts created in Google Contacts should automatically show up in Repair Desk. A contact that is deleted in either place should automatically be deleted in the other place. This is already used by companies such as Timely. It would be a useful way to sync contacts to an email marketing program. It would be useful because then new customers in RepairDesk will show up with their name on my caller ID! As soon as someone calls, I can add their name on my phone, and already have the customer record started…

  10. Name and Signature on Refunds

    Add a form for Refunds/Exchanges where a customer name/signature gets required with an optional phone number. This will give the manager proof someone really returned something and that its not employee theft and so we can follow up with customer for customer service.

  11. Create a custom widget to to show equipment for sale on web site

    You have a widget to allow web site integration for repair booking and tracking, it would be nice to have something to show available refurbished equipment from the Inventory Trade-In's You could use the same interface as the repair booking to allow customer to search everything or filter by device type, manufacture, carrier etc. online purchasing may be wanted by some but for now you could just allow them to send a message just like the booking module does

  12. Repair/Customer tracking - Improve workflow

    Currently when a customer comes in we go to the POS screen lookup or enter a new customer then start the process of selecting the device, serial number\IMEI problem part etc. The new screen allows the customer to fill some of this in. But we have repeat customers it would be nice when you enter the customer to see the devices purchased from us or repaired in the past by us then allow you to enter a new device or use an existing. Doing this we see the history of the device, not have to ask/enter the same information again…

  14. Be able to mark leads as won without creating ticket

    Sometimes when we have a lead, when the customer comes in we don't always convert the lead into a ticket. So would be great to be able to mark a lead as won, but not create a ticket. Maybe when you select won on the lead a popup comes up asking if you want to convert ticket with a yes/no option.

  16. Make a proper full "standalone" booking module

    Like I've talked to Usman about;

    the ideal situation is that the repair guide wizard for web embed sends you to the booking module for date and time. the super optimal situation would be just to skip the lead part and direct book it IF THE REPAIR PART IS IN STOCK. But if not a lead is created so the shop can respond and follow up the customer when it becomes in stock.
