Can we have the facility to bulk edit or delete records eg customers?

Yes – I agree. we need an option to bulk delete tickets. and bulk update quantity on repair items. We need to work smarter, not harder. We need convenience – thank you

As another example I need to change the tax class on all products. It would be good to be able to select all and bulk edit that field
