Checkout Customers that have Paid in Full
The ability to checkout a customer again who has already paid the full amount upfront is not an existing option.
Would like to be able to pull up open tickets in POS to 'Checkout' customer so they can sign off (terms and conditions) on the completed repair, and the ticket is marked complete.
We have added this enhancement to allow you to checkout even if invoice is full paid.

I would say it’s an easy fix. You kind of already have the functionality built in by the create ticket button, which allows you to have them sign terms at the beginning of the repair. Just add a button for close ticket to do the same thing with a POST terms. Simple fix.
