  1. Add a template tag for non mobile number

    We need there to be a template tag for the customers second phone number (non mobile) on file to print out on ticket labels. This way we can keep customers actual phone number on file to text and the call back number in the second slot.

  2. Offers/ deals tap in the POS /Appointment wedget

    I always offer a $10 OFF with any repair on the accessories or screen protectors. and that always help my business to create more revenue.

    I wish that we have a html tap (that can be disabled) after the customer/ employee choose the repair in the POS/ Booking widget to include some offers like add screen protector or buy a cell phone case.

  3. iPad Deposits

    Their should be a button on the iOS Tablet that can take a deposit for phone/tablet part that isn't in the inventory. Its a more complicated to first put the part in the inventory and then having to take the deposit for the part. This will help technicians that are mobile and that are using the iOS Tablet for tickets.

  4. Option of receiving leads from email

    We could have the option of receiving leads from an email to an email address that we use for these purposes, then this lead arrives at the lead module and we can convert it into a ticket or estimate, in the same way to block the entry of certain emails and mark it as spam. In this way we can receive work orders in a simple way without the need for a wiget or very elaborate form which saves development time for both you and us.

  5. Two way google calendar Sync

    It is important to be able to have in real time the availability of each technician, at the same time see if there is any way that when the repair is completed, an update is made in the calendar leaving that time available, many cases that the repairs end before promised time and google that time is not available.

  6. Show device location on "View Invoice" page

    Very simple. They show the device location on the ticket which is helpful. But it would be far easier if they showed it on the invoice list as that is generally what I pull-up when checking out a customer.

    the ability to create a technical database for the device at the time of creation, let us say that i create a new maker/device
    Apple/Iphone6, i want to add a picture of the device, a link to its service manual, to the schematics....so on. that can be used with the repair order by technician.

  12. Translate calendar days and months

    It should be very comfortable to have a way to translate calendar (days and months) in our native language.
    In that way, when you set due to date for a ticket, the customer could be directly understand the information.

  17. Raise Character Limit on Description Box.

    We would like to type our description for woocommerce items in RepairDesk so that my regular employees can type descriptions without me needing to create them WordPress accounts.

    As it stands though, repair desk has a character limit on the description box. Need to raise this by a considerable amount.

  19. Inbuilt note keeping for help / personal reference - similar to wiki.

    Idea is to eliminate the need to carry around a notepad to record issues and things i would like to discuss with help desk. We operate repair-desk over 8 computers and there is no real way to keep track of things i think of between computers. If, like wiki, we had a pop up notepad that was easily acessible, it would be available on all devices..?

    We are adding “Bill Payments/Airtime” module in RepairDesk that will allow you to make prepaid bill payments and you can log the reference in RepairDesk.
    This module will not be directly be linked with VidaPay but you can log the transaction and add a reference in RepairDesk.
