    I agree, this is something I miss from Repairshoppr which allow us to make custom forms and checklist which could be applied to a ticket then make a easy to find and use, along with a history of takes to be completed.

    For example screen replacement is our most popular repair but appears in the middle of the items making it hard to find.

    I agree with the Pin/Custom Fields options. Would love to have the option to have these show up.
