Step by step guide in checklist form on repair tickets
For example
PC Software Tune/clean
1- run malware scan
2- run ad ware remover
3- clean logs
4- wipe down Pc
this would be great for helping remind new staff or showing customers what exactly was done ,
our admin staff will then be able to see exactly how fair through a repair the tech is at a glance

I agree, this is something I miss from Repairshoppr which allow us to make custom forms and checklist which could be applied to a ticket then make a easy to find and use, along with a history of takes to be completed.

Feature Request - for Repair Tickets.
*Posting in the user group - to also get user feedback on such a feature... I wrote it out in detail
Inside the repair ticket there's a section for a Check List / Work Flow - and you can create templates based on specific repairs.
I.e. iPhone Screen Repair.
- Place Device on Workbench
- Remove old screen
- Remove old adhesive
- Move Ear Piece Proximity & Home button to new screen
- Program True Tone
- Connect new screen and test functionality
- Resolve any issues if found.
- Place Water Gasket Seal
- Seal Phone back up
- Test Functionality
- Clean Phone
- Place on Charger
- Contact Customer to advise Ready for Pickup.As each item is completed the tech checks the box and the item crossed out. Notes are automatically added to the ticket. Shops can create templates for various repairs, so it's completely custom.
If a tech had to stop in the middle of a repair, another tech could pick up where they left off, and know exactly what step they would be on.
