  1. Notification for past repairs on IMEI/Serial

    A notification similar to the one you get when you insert a phone number that already exists in customer database, but for IMEI/Serial number so that you know that the device has been repaired before in a glance. Different persons may bring in the same device say husband/wife/children or someone that bought the device used.

  4. Allowing customer the option to decline estimates

    Our estimates are not always approved. It would be nice to have an option for our customers to decline the estimates themselves, rather than having to email us directly and have us go in and cancel the estimate manually.

  5. Allow multiple product images / have a button to take photo / have default images

    It would be useful to be able to add multiple photos for Trade In items to show the condition of the devices. This would be great for syncing to woo commerce.

    Expanding on this idea, the ability to TAKE photo from the product page (by webcam or iPad) and add at the same time, rather than having to take a photo, upload it to the computer, then upload it to the product page.

    The option to have a default image based on the Make/Model/Colour would be useful too so the woo commerce sync to the website keep it looking professional…

  6. Add date on Inventory Item Labels

    I need to add the date to Inventory Item Labels but there is no tag for that. It is very helpful to quickly figure out when an item was received, to know if it is covered under warranty and even to know who I bought from based on the date when I buy the same item from different suppliers.

  8. Add the Mark Up % field to the Create Serials pop-up during GRN process

    The inventory allows for a mark up % to dictate the retail price based on the cost price.

    In a GRN when the Create Serials is clicked on it would be great if the mark up % from the main inventory file would show here between the Cost Price and Retail Price.

    This would ensure the Serialised Price would match the Inventory Retail Price.

  9. Add business name to ticket fields

    Instead of a custom field, add business name to main customer entry fields. It does not make sense to have it on an extra custom field. Most shops have business and enterprise clients.

  12. +1 Country code issues

    The POS should not require to enter the country code to create a customer account, the country code is normally not required, and nobody will ever tell his number including the country code, so it makes easy for any employee to forget to enter it and if that happens it creates problem in the POS to send, receive and recognize incoming SMS. I pretty sure most if not all POS user do only local business and they don't need to contact international customers, so the POS should not require the country code.   15. Add ability to offer warranty on Trade-in items

    It's the law here (UK) to offer warranty and so it's really essential to be able to set the warranty duration. As this doesn't exist right now, the usual workflow to create a warranty repair ticket doesn't work either. To refund someone for a trade in is also different. This relatively simple addition would help us abide by the law, improve receipts, improve refund/repair workflow and help us keep our bookkeeping correct.

  16. Ticket Priority / Grouping / Default filters

    Been with Repairshopr from almost 8 years. Just switched to Repairdesk.

    One feature that I really miss is the ability to assign ticket priority levels (low, normal, high, urgent, etc), the ability to group filters together such as status/priority, tech/issue, etc, and the ability for each user to be able to save a default filter selection when they open the manage tickets page.

    Currently Shopify sync doesn't leave a log when its activated or deactivated.

  19. Make an option for an address campaign.

    It would be nice to be able to automatically send my customers a text message with their appointment date and time, the store address, and a Google maps link to the business whenever I create a ticket. We get a lot of customers via phone call, so phone pro is awesome, but it would be great to be able to send the info right to their device as soon as I enter it.

  20. Inventory count: Show all inventory items with quantity on hand (negative too)

    In inventory count you should be able to see all items that have a quantity on hand (including negative). That way you can check what you do and don't have compared to that list and count accordingly.

    You should also be able to set all items not counted to zero.

    This is very important when doing a complete inventory count.

    I used to use Quickbooks POS and this made managing inventory very easy.
