What I mean by this is when you are viewing the customer's page, it shows ticket's and invoices. It shows the value of the invoice but nothing about items without opening the invoice.

What I propose is to have the ability to look through all invoices made by that customer and search for a specific or group of items that were purchased from the customer.

A similar POS system, RQ, had this feature and it came in handy of searching for purchases that had lifetime warrantied items provided by the store.

Rather than opening 1-50 invoices made by the customer, it allowed the items to appear and be searchable as a whole for that CUSTOMER'S INVOICES only.

Let's say we provide a lifetime warranty on tempered glass, but to prove it came from us at one point, I feel searching every invoice to determine which one had the purchase is tedious. It'll be nice to just click "by items" and then filter or look through what items were purchased and when. Then it will also show which invoice number is attached to that item during purchase to review the whole receipt.

I think this will make it easier for certain shops.
