Let us control the quantity of parts in repair bundle.
Some repairs require more than one of the same part. At the moment I can only add a part once to a repair bundle but if I am repairing a battery PACK, it may need multiple batteries which we stock individually.
The only way to add multiples is to edit the ticket after the repair, but if we can control the quantity of parts required in a bundle it could be automatic, as well as tell the technician exactly how many parts he needs before opening.

Translate calendar days and months
It should be very comfortable to have a way to translate calendar (days and months) in our native language.
In that way, when you set due to date for a ticket, the customer could be directly understand the information.1 vote -
Testing for trade in:
Devices must be tested before trade in. This section should allow you to intake a device and choose to take as a trade in or not after testing. You should be able to intake a few customer details (e.g. name, phone number) & the device details

Floor pricing or maximum Discount
I would like to be able to set the maximum discount that can be given by my employees. Either per item or by item group. For example 25% on accessories, $10 on screens/parts. Currently if the employee has access to discount they can discount to zero.

Apply coupon at check out
when running print and internet advertising it would be nice to utilize coupon codes to apply discount at the checkout screen. or to have standard coupon discounts already loaded in the system like " $10 Off Temp Glass" .

organisation of items
Thought of something about RepairDesk. Apart from the other things I need in the software how about organisation of items. I.e. Able to put repairs in your own order of importance. Also put models in order of importance. There are lots of models of Samsung for instance but we would never see them. Would be nice to put the most regular models at the start

Make a proper full "standalone" booking module
Like I've talked to Usman about;

But if not a lead is created so the shop can respond and follow up the customer when it becomes in stock.

Track Screens to be Sent for Refurbishing
We currently send away our damaged screens that are taken off clients phones away to be refurbished so we can then use them on new phones. It would be great to track the status for that screen. So can set the condition as being Good Quality, OK Quality etc. so we can keep track of how many we have in stock currently prior to sending them away. And even have a label that can be printed to put on the screen so they don't need to be tested later.

Exporting filtered records
When filtering records eg stock records by Apple, the export option currently will export all manufacturer instead of just the filtered records
