You can definitely use the Internal Wiki to build up this info.

You can use the "Campaigner" module to set something like this up.

The "Inquiries" module can handle this already. Create a new event for it under "Emails & Notifications" in the settings.

WooCommerce integration does just this, sync's your inventory with your online store. Some features left desired... but it does work.

I came here to post this, glad it is already a suggestion. Every time I go to the ticket page I have to filter for "In store" so I can see my customer tickets and not all the refurbishments we're working on.
