Create loyalty module
It would be great it there was a loyalty module that we could turn on or off (depending on whether the merchant wants a loyalty program or not) with various settings I.e if they want to give points for rewards or just build up loyalty dollars that the customer could then use for payment or part payment ect. I would be great if the loyalty points/dollar balance was displayed on the customers receipt/mini invoice/invoice and also in email communications
RepairDesk has finally launched loyalty module in RepairDesk so you can better engage and retain your customers. Have your store offer a Loyalty Program to your customers and reward them for their business by offering them purchases in-store through loyalty points.

That's what I was thinking for. actually, this week few of our customers mention that why we don't have a loyalty card! we need this module in our system.

for us a rewards system would be every useful , but for it to suit everyone being able to edit it heavily would be very good, being able to select the guide lines of it would be great weather its viva dollar spent or points, or even add say 5 point for certain repairs and 1 point for accessories being able to customize these for each item would be great

Just being realistic as a consumer and as a retailer,
If a customer is coming in for a repair, they were not planning on it and they are mostly unhappy about returning for another repair. Loyalty "points" are not perceived as a badge of honor, but more a reminder of failure to take care of one's devices.
The CRM functionality already totals up customer visits and dollars spent. I recommend weighting dollars spent 20% and customer visits 80% to balance out high cost to serve customers with true valued repeat customers.
A DISCOUNT tier structure based on this might be received and delivered better.

This is a very good ideas to keep customers returns to your store, since there is more competitions in the market, it will be competitive edge.
