I suggest you ...

  2. Clover POS Integration

    I recommend adding Clover POS as a method of processing. They offer SDK files for easy use to integrate systems with them or your own POS. I feel it would allow an easy flow through RepairDesk and would make me able to transition to this system easier. It's somewhat holding me back to swap at this time.

    It'll make it easier for me/others as I already use them and it's a pain to swap to a new processor & ALL NEW systems.

  3. Square Deep integration from web app

    im not sure if this is possible but square integration with the webapp would give our guys more freedom when checking out

  4. QR Code option rather than EAN barcode for labels.

    QR codes would be more reliable for photograph scanning of labels than the existing EAN & Code 39 type barcodes. Because they are square those codes can sit to either side of the label leaving more space for other data on the label.

  5. Create an Unlock Widget

    This widget would work much in the same was as the Appointment or Sell A Device widget. An iframe which allows customers to go through the unlock process on the website including choosing service, capturing imei and providing email for confirmation. This would automate the unlocking sales process and save web development time.

  6. Bar Code Scanning

    At present, when you scan a barcode it shows up a screen with basic details. You then have to click view.
    It should go straight to the view
