How can I view all the tickets?

You can view all tickets by heading to Repairs > Manage tickets.

The stats on top give you a quick glance of your repairs, unlocks and critical jobs.

Manage ticket section displays all the tickets with their statuses. You can perform the following from the manage ticket page:

  • View 
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Transfer ticket
  • Ticket label
  • View/Add comments
  • Add payment
  • Print invoice
  • Print mini receipt
  • View invoice
You can also change the assignee of the ticket as well as the due date.

You can apply different filters to search ticket.

Moreover, you can create a new ticket from the same page by clicking the green button on top right.
