Can I track call logs in ticket view?

You can view and manage call logs within the history section of the ticket. You can now access call logs, download call recordings, and add/view notes directly in the "All" tab of the history section of a ticket.

How to View

  1. Accessing Call Logs:
    • Navigate to the ticket view and click on the All tab of history section.
    • Call logs will now be visible within this section.
  2. Downloading Recordings:
    • In the All section, locate the desired call recording or voicemail.
    • Click on the download icon to save the recording for offline access.
  3. Adding/View Notes:
    • Click on the notes icon next to the call recording in the All section.
    • Add or view notes related to the call recording, ensuring all information is consolidated.
