Automated SMS with Store Directions

You can send store directions to customers during phone calls. This feature will help your staff quickly send directions to new customers who are not yet in the system.

We have added a new option under automation "Send an SMS with store direction".


This option will be enabled by default. 

This feature is only for that customer who doesn’t exist in the system and is a new customer, as existing customers will likely already know the store location. 

To prevent spamming, only one text message will be sent in 24 hours to a user who doesn’t exist in RepairDesk.
