Q. How to hide the status counter on the ticket counter display?

A. In order to hide the status counter on the ticket counter display, you have to enable the trigger available under the ticket counter display configuration.

Integrations > Ticket Counter Display > Hide status header from ticket counter display


After enabling the trigger, you must click the save changes button. Once you click on it, your configuration will be saved.

Q. How can I hide or show a specific column in the Ticket Counter Display?
A. The following columns are displayed by default when you enable the Ticket Counter Display.
  • Ticket ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Device Issue
  • Assigned To
  • Status
You can enable or disable any of them by going to the Integrations menu, then selecting Ticket Counter Display.

From here, click on the Display Columns section to either add new columns, or remove existing ones as you see fit.

When you're all done, click the Save Changes button to confirm your choice.
