Trade in Module let you purchase pre-owned or refurbished cell phones from customers and then re-sell them. Trade in report allows you to view the details of all the trade in transactions according to your need.

Report Stats:

Total purchase: The total sum of all the purchases made on a certain date.

Total sales: The total sum of all the sales made on a certain date.

Tax calculated: Tax calculated on the trad in sold on a certain date. 

Total profit: Profit earned by selling trade-in items on a certain date.

Store: You can select the store to get a report against that specific store.

Purchased Store Location: Report can be filtered by choosing the purchased store location in this filter.

Item ID: You can filter the search by specifying the Item ID.

Item Name: You can filter the search by specifying the item Name.

Transaction ID: User can filter the report by specifying the Transaction ID. 

IMEI: IMEI number can also be given to filter the report data.

Serial: Serial Number can also be used to filter the report.

Network: You can select network to generate report accordingly.

Manufacturer: You can filter the report by selecting the manufacturer like Apple, Samsung etc.

Device: Report can be filtered on the basis of device like (iphone 8, Samsung galaxy S9).

Seller: You can give the seller name to search the report.

Buyer: You can also apply the filter of buyer to search report on this criteria.

Status: User can select the status like Sold, Pending Refurb, and Lead to get the report according to the selected option.

From Date: You can select date to search the report from that Date.

To Date: If you want to generate report till some specific date, then you can select the date in this filter.

Excel: You can export the report in Excel file.

PDF: PDF button allows you to generate the PDF file for the report.

Print: You can print the trade in report by clicking the print button.

SKU: You can filter trade-in items by SKU

Item ID: Item ID is shown in this column.

Transaction ID: Transaction ID for the transaction is shown in this report column.

Item Name: Item Name like iPhone 8, iPhone X is shown in this column.

IMEI/ Serial: IMEI/ Serial number of the item is displayed in this column.

Purchased Date: Date of purchase of the item is shown in this report column.

Purchase Location: Purchased Location i.e. store name is shown in this report column.

Seller: Seller Name is shown in this column.

Status: status for the trade in is shown in this column.

Buyer: Buyer Name is shown in this report column.

Date: Date of the transaction is shown in this report.

Invoice ID: Invoice ID of the invoice against the transaction is shown in this column.

Sale: Sales price of an item is shown in this column.

Cost: Cost of purchase of an item is shown in this column. 

Tax: Total Tax against an item is shown in this report column.

Refurbishment Cost: Refurbishment cost (if any) is depicted in this column.

Total Cost: refurbishment cost and cost price is added.

Profit: Profit against an item is depicted by this profit column.

Total: Total at the bottom of the report shows the total of sale, cost, tax, refurbishment cost, and profit.

SKU: This column shows the SKUs of the trade-in item.
