Overview

The Employee Payroll feature in RepairDesk allows you to efficiently calculate and view the payroll of your employees. This report provides detailed information about the working hours, break hours, hourly rate, and overall pay for each employee. With its customizable search filters and easy-to-use interface, managing employee payroll has never been easier.

1. Search Filters

This section outlines the various search filters available in the Employee Payroll Report:

  • Store: Select one or multiple stores to generate the report for the selected store(s).
  • Employee: Choose a specific employee to generate the payroll report for that individual.
  • From Date: Specify a specific date from which you want to run the employee payroll report.
  • To Date: Use this filter to get the report until a specific date.
  • Actions: The "Print" option under Actions allows you to print the generated report for your reference.

2. Report Columns

The Employee Payroll Report consists of the following columns:

  • Employee: Displays the name of the employee whose payroll is being calculated.
  • Store: Shows the name of the store where the employee is assigned.
  • Date: Displays the date of the payroll according to the specified criteria.
  • Clock In: Shows the clock-in time for the specific date.
  • Clock Out: Displays the clock-out time for the specific date.
  • Break Hours: Shows the duration of the break taken by the employee, including hours, minutes, and seconds.
  • Working Hours: Displays the total working hours of the employee.
  • Hour Rate: Shows the hourly rate of the employee.
  • Pay: Displays the total pay of the employee for the given period.

3. Update Clock In, Clock Out, and Break Times

The Employee Payroll Report also provides the option to update the clock-in, clock-out, and break start/end times. This feature allows you to make any necessary adjustments or corrections to the reported times.
