- How can I track my order?
You can track your order by putting in the tracking number on the vendor’s website.
- Can I process an RMA through the marketplace?
Currently, you cannot process an RMA through the marketplace. In order to do this please go to the vendor’s website and generate a RMA request.
- Who can I contact if the received product is faulty?
You can contact the vendor directly through their website if the received product is faulty
- Who to contact for warranty claims and returns?
You need to contact the vendor as the liability of the orders lies at their end unless stated otherwise
