Sales Summary Report

Sales Summary report allows you to see the sales details related to types including Repairs, Unlocking, Products, Trade-In, Casual along with the Total Sales. You can also see net profit and net margin according on your sales. This report is accrual based (Total sales is counted and shown in the report when the invoice is generated, despite of the fact whether invoice is paid or unpaid).

Report Search Filters

Select Store: You can select single or multiple stores to view the report results for the selected stores.

Select Employee: You can select single or multiple employees to filter out the sales summary report for the specified employees.

Date: Date filter can be applied on the basis of: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month and Custom Range.

CSV: You can export the report in Excel file.

PDF: PDF button allows you to generate the PDF file for the report.

Print: You can print the sales summary report by clicking the print button.


Report Columns

Store Name: Store Name column shows the name of the stores in the report.

Repairs: Sales amount against the Repairs are shown in this column.

Unlocking: Sales amount against the unlocking are shown in this column.

Products: Sales amount against the products are shown in this column.

Trade-In: You can view the sales amount against the Trade in items in this column.

Casual: You can view sales amount against the Casual Items in this column.

Total Sales: Total Sales column include the total amount of sales among the Repairs, Unlocking, Products, Trade-In and Casual excluding the Tax.

Refund: This column shows the accumulative total of partial and full refunds.

Discounts: This column shows the accumulative overall and inline discount during the specified time period.

COGS: COGS include the total cost of products sold and cost of repair parts against the repair tickets. It doesn’t include the expenses.

Net Profit: It shows the number of sales which are left after the COGS, discount and refunds which are deducted from the Total Revenue. 

Net Profit Margin: Net profit divided by the total sales give the value of the net profit margin in percentage.

Avg Sales: This column shows the sales average divided by the number of days in a specified time period.

Total Tax: This report column shows total tax amount in given time period. In case of multiple tax classes, you get an accumulated value.

Payments Received: Total amount received in a specified time period. In case of accrual basis of accounting, received payments may not match with the total sales as revenues are in recognized when they incur without considering the fact when cash is received.

Account Receivables: Account Receivables show the outstanding payments against all the invoices in a specified time period.
