Q. If I run SKU import wizard again in RepairDesk, will it create duplicate items?

A. If MobileSentrix product SKU already exist in RepairDesk it will not create a duplicate item. 

Q. MobileSentrix has developed a corporate website for our franchise store. Will this integration still work?
A. At present, our integration works with MobileSentrix main website. If you’ve a franchise store please reach out to our product team so we can discuss the integration process.

Q. MobileSentrix has set special pricing for our store. Will this integration display a discounted price?
A. If you're a corporate customer our integration will automatically display a discounted price setup against individual SKU.

When a new SKU is added on MobileSentrix Website can I get a notification alert within RepairDesk?

A. Whenever a new SKU is added on MobileSentrix website, you will receive an alert within 24 hours so that you can view a list of new SKUs and add selected SKUs to your inventory with a single click
