Can I get notifications when a Ticket is assigned to me?
Employees get an email notifications when a ticket is assigned to them. You can enable/disable email notifications in the settings.
1. Go to Settings > Emails & notifications > Notifications.
2. Select Email assignee when a new repair is assigned.
You can also enable SMS notifications to notify employees when a repair job is assigned to them.
If you have set up a SMS service, you can send SMS alerts right from the ticket screen.
