How to update personal profile or change access pin?

If an employee would like to update email address associated with his RepairDesk account or change 4 digit Access Pin please head to settings >> personalupdate required information and hit "Save Changes"

Update Profile section is used to edit your profile information. It can be accessed through store settings


The fields in the "Update Profile" page in Repairdesk are:
  • Your Name: Your full name.
  • Access PIN: A 4-digit PIN that you use to log in to Repairdesk.
  • Language: The language that Repairdesk should be displayed in.
  • Email: Your email address.
  • Picture: Your profile picture.
  • Contact Information:
    • Default Store: The store that you are currently logged in to.
    • Mobile: Your mobile phone number.
    • Phone: Your landline phone number.
    • City: The city where you are located.
    • Address: Your mailing address.
    • Zip: Your zip code.
    • State: Your state or province.
    • Country: Your country.
  • Security:
    • Required Two-factor Authentication (2FA): Whether or not two-factor authentication is required for your account.


  • The "Email" field is required.
  • You can upload a profile picture by clicking the "Drop Image Here..." button and selecting the image file that you want to upload.
  • If you want to replace your profile picture, click the "Replace..." button and select the new image file that you want to upload.
  • To remove your profile picture, click the "Remove" button.
  • The "Default Store" field is read-only and cannot be edited.
  • The "Country" field is populated with a list of all countries. You can select the country where you are located from the list.
To update your profile, simply make the changes that you want and click the "Save" button.
