Can I search any particular customer from the list?
Finding a particular customer among hundreds can be like searching a tiny needle in a haystack. RepairDesk provides you a powerful Search Filter just to address this need.
Search Filter
Filtering customers has never been this easy! Just go to Manage Customers section and click on Search Filter. A cascading area with search fields will appear. Here you can enter search criteria and find the relevant customer by hitting Search.
You can search customers on the basis of:
Full Name - Search customer by his/ her full name
Email - Filter on the basis of email address
Phone - Find a particular customer with their phone number
Organization - View all customers belonging to a specific organization
Network - You can search for customers based on network name
Customer Group - You can also search for customers that fall within a specific customer group.
From Date - This allow us to search for customers that are created on a specific date
Custom Fields - This filter allows you to search for customers based on custom fields criteria such as by entering custom fields value, user can filter custom fields
Gift Card Number - This filter will only be shown to customers who have enabled gift cards module. You can search a customer by entering specific gift card number assigned to a customer.
Once you have entered the parameters, just hit Search. Customer(s) falling into the mentioned parameters will appear below.
