How can I view all the previous orders from POS?

You can view previous orders, either tickets or invoices on POS. 

Steps: 

A. View Previous Tickets
1. Go to the POS screen.
2. Click on View Tickets.

3. Now you can see a record of all tickets (Ticket History). You can apply filter to narrow down your search by clicking on Search Filter
4. Click on View to see ticket details. To print a ticket, simply click on Print.





B. View Previous Invoices
1. Go to POS screen.
2. Click on View Invoices

3. 
Now you can see a record of all invoices (Invoice History). You can apply filter to narrow down your search by clicking on Search Filter.   
4.  Click on View to see invoice details. To print an invoice, simply click on Print. To refund an invoice click on Refund.   



Note: Refund option will appear for Paid invoice only. Partial Refunds are not supported at the moment. to see paid invoices, from the Search Filter, select  status as Paid.
