When creating a purchase order via OrderSync, it's important to map product attributes for accurate inventory tracking. The fields are automatically mapped by AI, or existing mappings are used if the SKU already exists in your inventory.

Occasionally, attributes may not be properly mapped, leading to inventory issues and preventing accurate management. To address this, you can now require that each field be mapped before a purchase order can be created, specific to certain employee roles.

To make attribute mapping mandatory:

1. Click on the nine dots in the top right corner to open settings.

2. Navigate to Employee Settings and select "Manage Roles."

3. For the role you want to enforce mandatory mapping, click on the action button and select Permissions.

4. Scroll down to find OrderSync and click the plus icon to expand the settings.

5. Check the box next to "Make the attributes field mapping compulsory."

By following these steps, you ensure that all necessary mapping is completed, preventing purchase orders from being created if any attribute mapping is missing.
