How to add Service description in Appointments Pro

You can display service descriptions in Appointments Pro to highlight key selling points, such as 10 years of experience or the use of original parts, when customers request a quote or schedule an appointment. Appointments Pro automatically pulls the service description directly from your POS system.

Enabling Service Descriptions in Appointments Pro:

1. Open Appointments Pro and navigate to the settings page.

2. On the settings page, locate the "Show service descriptions" option.

3. Enable this option to display all service descriptions in the widget whenever someone requests a quote or an appointment.



Adding a Service Description in the POS:

1. Go to Inventory > Manage Services > Repairs.

2. Select the service for which you want to add a description and click on the edit icon.


3. On the service description page, scroll down to the Description text box.


4. Add the service description and click on "Save", and it will automatically be reflected in Appointments Pro.
