How to add an inventory item to a ticket
Adding an inventory item to a ticket
When you are on the new ticket page, you will be able to add inventory items to the ticket by following the steps below:
Either Click on the Add New button and choose Items from the dropdown.Or click on the Plus icon available in the inventory section to add an inventory item to the ticket.
Upon selecting Items option, you will be shown a advanced search popup where you can select the inventory item.
Click on the cart icon against the item that you wish to add it in the ticket.
That item will be listed in inventory items section.
If you want to remove the item, click on the cross icon within the tag to remove it.
If you want to add more item then click on the plus icon and you will see the same advanced search popup again.
