How to add a new repair line item to an existing ticket
When you are on the new ticket page, you will be able to add new services, estimates, or items by following the steps below:
Click on the Add New button & select the Service option to add a new service.Upon selecting Add Service option, you will be shown a drawer to search and select the repair category first.
After choosing a repair category, the Manufacturer drawer will appear, where you can select the manufacturer.
After selecting the desired manufacturer, the device drawer will appear, where you can select the device.
After selecting the device, you will be able to choose a service from the Services drawer.
Once a service is selected, the Parts Drawer will appear, where you can attach multiple repair parts to the service.
- Search for repair parts using the search bar (try to search by barcode, name, item ID, serial, SKU, or UPC).
- The selected part will be displayed in the listing and you can edit or delete those part by clicking on the three dots dropdown menu.
- To add new repair or special part, click on the Add Part button, which will display two options: Add Part and Add Special Part.
