Q: Can I refund the tip paid through RepairDesk Payments?
A: Yes, you can refund the tip amount by simply refunding the transaction through RD Pay. To learn more, refer to our video tutorial.

Q: How can I refund a tip or gratuity?
A: In Manage Invoices, select the invoice containing the tip, then click the tipping icon in the payment history section. Confirm the refund when prompted.

Q. How can I issue Partial Refunds? 
A. For issuing Partial Refunds using RD Pay, make sure the correct desired value is entered on the 'Refund Details' pop-up 'Amount' field.

When selecting the item to refund, click on the "Refund Details" button. 
 
Enter your desired amount in the 'Refund Amount' field. 

This Refund amount is then auto populated on RD Pay Refund Screen.
