A: No, there are no hidden or extra fees beyond the transaction flat rate, terminal cost, and a $20 chargeback fee.
Q: How do I reset the terminal?
A: To reset the terminal to factory defaults for reactivation, press and hold the magnifying glass button until it beeps, then press it twice. Select Utilities, then RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS. The terminal will restart, allowing for reactivation.
Q: Can I enable/disable tips?
A: Yes, you can enable or disable tipping from the Advanced Configuration tab within the RepairDesk Payments integration settings.
Q: Can I disable tipping for deposits in RepairDesk Payments?
A: Yes, you can disable tipping for deposits by enabling a specific trigger within the Advanced Configuration of RepairDesk Payments.

Q: Can I run a cash discount program through RepairDesk?
A: Cash Discount/Surcharge Pricing is another model available in RepairDesk Payments. With this model, the merchant can pass on the transaction fee to customers for credit transactions while bearing the transaction fee for debit transactions. However, the rate for both debit and credit transactions remains at 3%. To enable this option RepairDesk User should reach out to the RepairDesk Support and they’ll assist accordingly.
