How to View Payment History for Invoices in RepairDesk

Introduction

To streamline the process, we’ve added a new option that enables you to view payment history directly from the Manage Invoices page, View Invoice page and Invoice History Popup on POS.

View Payment History Option:

A new View Payment History option is now available under

The Action dropdown on the Manage Invoices page (For New UI).

Clicking on View Payment History option will navigate you to the View Invoice page and automatically scroll to the Payment History section.

Clicking the Edit icon in the payment history section will open a popup, allowing you to modify the payment details if needed.

If your employee will not have permission to view history, the View Payment History option will be hidden for them. This applies to:

Important Note:

The View Payment History option only appears when a payment history exists for an invoice. If there isn’t any payment history available, this option will not be visible.
