How to add customer info if I receive unknown call?
You can allow users to easily add unknown callers as customers. This feature aims to streamline the process of updating customer information and managing missed call notifications.
Adding an Unknown Caller as a Customer
When you receive a call from an unknown caller, you will see a Plus icon next to the text “Unknown Caller.
When you will click on the plus icon, a form will be displayed with the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- How did you hear about us? (you can add new options on the fly if the required option does not exist)
- Phone Number (This field will be pre-populated)
- Once you fill in the details and clicks on Save, the customer profile will be saved in RepairDesk.
Note: You can also update the existing customer data using the same fields with pre-saved information from the popup by clicking on the edit icon.
