How to fetch the Voicemail from the IP Phone configured with 3CX?

To fetch voicemail from an IP phone configured with 3CX, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Access Voicemail:

    • Dial the voicemail access code. The default code is 999.

  2. Enter Voicemail PIN:

    • Input your voicemail PIN when prompted.

    • To check the Voicemail pin, Log into the 3CX management console using your administrator credentials. Then click on “Admin” > “Users” and select the user. After selecting the user, look for the "Voicemail" tab or section within the extension settings. Here, you should see options related to voicemail, including the voicemail PIN.

  3. Listen to Messages:
    • Once you've accessed your voicemail, you can listen to your messages. The phone's interface typically guides you through the process of listening to and managing your messages.
