How to Add Greeting Message?
Adding a greeting message can enhance the customer experience by providing a warm welcome. Follow these simple steps to set up a greeting message on the 3CX portal.
- Go to “Admin” > “Call handling”.
- Select the queue in which you want to implement the greeting message.
- Go to the “Options”.
- Enable the “Intro Promo” by clicking on it.
5. Then upload the audio file of the greeting message. Note that the audio file should have to be in WAV format.
6. After uploading the audio file, click on “Save”
