Sample File
To ensure accurate mapping of your columns, download our sample file. It serves as a template for the proper organization of your service data. Each column detail is also explained to ensure accurate data input.
Note: In the Sample file if Service Name / Problem , Brand and Category are same against a multi model service, then the model will be associated with that service (The parent service must exist in the system for it to be associated with other models).
If the multi model service does not exist, then a single service will be created even if Category, Brand and Service Name match. This goes for both existing and new import files.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your services, create new ones, and import them in bulk using RepairDesk's Manage Services Module. This user-friendly interface enhances your repair business's efficiency and organization.
